Job Description:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on real estate transactions
• Review and draft real estate contracts and agreements
• Conduct due diligence on property acquisitions and dispositions
• Handle real estate litigation matters
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations
• Negotiate deals and represent clients in real estate negotiations
• Keep abreast of market trends and legal developments in the real estate industry

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• 2+ years of proven experience as a real estate attorney
• Strong knowledge of real estate law and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
