Assisted Living Facility RN

Our client is looking to hire a RN in the 5 boroughs area (NY). 
The pay is starting at $120,000+
$15,000 sign-on bonus

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at an Assisted Living Facility. As an RN in this role, you will play a crucial part in providing high-quality care to our residents in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments and developing care plans for residents
• Administering medications and treatments
• Monitoring and recording resident vital signs
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
• Providing emotional support and guidance to residents and their families

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice
• Previous experience in geriatric and long-term care is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and make critical decisions in challenging situations
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards residents
