Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Raleigh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, implementation, and tracking to ensure timely completion within budget and scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and monitor progress
- Coordinate project team members and resources
- Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of project status
- Identify and resolve any issues or risks that may arise
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Track project performance and prepare reports for management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or relevant role
- P.E. is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in project management tools and software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
