Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team and oversee the planning, execution, and closing of projects from beginning to end in the New Haven area with pay starting at 120K. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing project plans, goals, and budgets
• Leading and motivating project team members
• Ensuring project objectives are met within the agreed timelines
• Managing stakeholder communications
• Identifying and managing project risks
• Conducting project evaluations and assessment of results

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
• Project management certification (PMP) is a plus
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
