Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Dallas, TX

Job Description:

• Oversee a variety of commercial construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Address any issues or delays promptly to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation and recordkeeping.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Proven 3+ years experience in commercial project management within the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Certification in project management is a plus.
