Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Dallas, TX
Job Description:
- Oversee a variety of commercial construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Address any issues or delays promptly to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation and recordkeeping.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Proven 3+ years experience in commercial project management within the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Certification in project management is a plus.
