Project Manager
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Austin. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our ground up commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction project
- Create and manage project budgets
- Ensure adherence to project timelines
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Monitor construction progress and ensure quality standards are met
- Address any issues that may arise during the project
- Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of the ground up construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
