Job Title: Project Manager

Position Overview:

• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, and track progress against milestones and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement effective risk management strategies.
• Monitor and report on project progress, issues, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a project manager, with a successful track record of managing various construction projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools, techniques, and software.
• PMP certification is a plus.
