Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and lead our projects from initiation to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating various projects while ensuring that all aspects of the projects are on track and within budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and a proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing project plans and timelines
- Coordinating resources and team members
- Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicating project status updates to stakeholders
- Identifying and mitigating project risks
- Conducting project evaluations and assessment of results
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven 2+ years work experience as a Commercial Project Manager
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software
- Certification in Project Management is a plus
