Job Title: Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team in the Greater Louisville area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The Project Engineer will collaborate with various teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate engineering projects from conception to completion
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in project management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• PMP certification is a plus
