Job Description
Project Architect
We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our team. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent design skills, and a passion for creating innovative and sustainable spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead architectural projects from start to finish
- Develop design concepts and present ideas to clients
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits and inspections
- Review and approve project drawings and documents
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
