Preconstruction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Preconstruction Manager to join our team in the King of Prussia area. As a Preconstruction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the preconstruction phase of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preconstruction process from concept to design development
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop cost estimates and schedules
• Review project plans and specifications to identify any potential issues
• Manage the bid process and negotiate contracts with vendors
• Track project costs and provide regular budget updates
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in preconstruction management
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
