Preconstruction Manager

Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Preconstruction Manager to join our team.
• The Preconstruction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all preconstruction activities to ensure successful project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the preconstruction phase of projects from concept to construction start.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and design documents for constructability and value engineering opportunities.
• Prepare and present preconstruction proposals, estimates, and schedules to clients.
• Manage the bidding process and subcontractor selection.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in preconstruction management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
