Preconstruction Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Preconstruction Manager to join our team. As a Preconstruction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the preconstruction process from inception to completion. This role requires a deep understanding of construction projects, cost estimation, and value engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preconstruction phase of projects, working closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for construction projects.
• Conduct value engineering analysis to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
• Review and analyze design drawings and specifications to identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth transition from preconstruction to construction phase.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Preconstruction Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficient in construction cost estimating software and tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
