Job Title: Preconstruction Manager

About the Role:

• Lead the preconstruction phase of projects, ensuring accurate cost estimates, value engineering, and bid solicitation
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to develop comprehensive project plans
• Analyze project specifications and blueprints to identify potential challenges and opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the preconstruction process from concept to final pricing
• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather relevant information for project planning
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
• Review and negotiate subcontractor bids and proposals
• Present and discuss project plans with internal teams and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Preconstruction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in construction software and MS Office Suite
