Job Description
Job Title: Plumbing Superintendent
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Superintendent to join our team in Phoenix. As a Plumbing Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all plumbing projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise plumbing teams on various projects
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients
- Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and regulations
- Monitor and maintain project budgets
- Provide expertise and guidance on plumbing systems and installations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in plumbing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Valid plumbing license and certifications
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
