Plumbing Designer Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented Plumbing Designer to join our team in the San Antonio area with pay starting at 80K. As a Plumbing Designer, you will be responsible for creating designs and plans for plumbing systems in various types of buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing design and a passion for creating innovative and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed plans and drawings for plumbing systems based on project requirements and building codes.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure the successful implementation of plumbing designs.
• Conduct site visits to assess existing plumbing systems and propose necessary upgrades or modifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes.
• Provide technical support during the construction phase to ensure adherence to design specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in plumbing design for commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
• Familiarity with relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
