Job Title: Pipefitter

Pay: $45/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Pipefitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining piping systems used in a variety of industrial and commercial settings. The Pipefitter will work with various types of piping materials, interpret blueprints, and ensure that all installations meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of piping systems
• Cut, thread, and hammer pipes according to specifications
• Weld, braze, cement, solder, or glue joints to assemble piping systems
• Inspect and test installed systems for leaks and ensure they meet regulations
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pipefitter or similar role
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of various piping materials and their applications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy equipment and tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills
