Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our client's team in the Dover, Delaware area.  Pay ranges from $65,000-85,000. As a physical therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with various physical conditions to help them improve movement and manage pain.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Implement physical therapy interventions to improve patients' mobility and function
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for ongoing improvement
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Proven work experience in a physical therapy setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals
