Personal Lines Account Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in the Greater Boston area. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a book of personal lines accounts
• Review and analyze policy coverage for clients
• Provide personalized service and advice to clients
• Assist clients with policy changes, claims, and inquiries
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and insurance products

Requirements:

• Previous experience in personal lines insurance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Licensed in Property and Casualty insurance (preferred)
