Personal Injury Paralegal

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and be able to provide essential support to our attorneys in all aspects of case preparation and management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Conduct legal research on case-specific issues
• Organize and maintain case files
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
• Schedule appointments, hearings, and depositions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury law
• Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
• Proficiency in legal research and case management software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
