We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Personal Injury Paralegal to join our client's firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing comprehensive support to attorneys in personal injury cases and possess a strong passion for advocating for clients' rights.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation from case inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and medical providers
• Organize and maintain case files and documentation

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a paralegal with a focus on personal injury law
• Knowledge of legal principles and practices related to personal injury litigation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in legal research and document management
• Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field (preferred)
