Personal Injury Paralegal
We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team in the Boca area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and be able to assist our attorneys in all aspects of case preparation and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting client interviews and maintaining contact with clients
- Investigating and gathering relevant case facts and evidence
- Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Assisting with trial preparation and coordination
- Managing case files and keeping track of important deadlines
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience working as a paralegal in personal injury law
- Proficiency in legal research and writing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
