Job Description
Title: Personal Injury Case Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team in Oakland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of personal injury cases from inception to settlement.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial client interviews and gather necessary information
- Manage communication with clients, attorneys, and insurance companies
- Coordinate medical treatments and appointments for clients
- Review medical records and draft demand letters
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies
- Prepare cases for litigation if necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law and insurance practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
