Personal Injury Attorney
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team in Philly. As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal representation to clients in personal injury cases
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Prepare and draft legal documents
- Advise clients on their legal rights and options
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing personal injury law
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
