Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice to clients regarding personal injury matters
• Handle all aspects of personal injury cases from inception through trial
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Proven experience in personal injury law
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
