Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patent searches to ensure the novelty of inventions
• Draft patent applications and responses to office actions
• Assist in patent portfolio management
• Provide technical expertise in patent matters
• Collaborate with inventors and legal teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Bio Medicine, or Chemistry
• Registered Patent Agent with the USPTO
• Strong understanding of patent laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
