We are in search of lateral partners either transactional, estate or litigators that have a book of business you can travel with that can be proven & substantiated. We are looking for partners that have books of business of a half a million dollars and above but will entertain slightly less depending on the circumstances and the individual. We would also consider Senior Associates with a smaller book. We are an excellent platform to help partners (including solos) in a smaller practice, or those from a larger firm where the rates are not supportable given the personal clientele.
