Current paralegal certificate students and paralegal graduates are encouraged to apply, regardless of whether they have litigation experience. The position requires managing client files, communicating with clients, obtaining medical records, drafting correspondence and pleadings, and managing attorney calendars. You must have good communication skills and be energetic, detail oriented, and enjoy working with a team. The ideal candidate must be organized and efficient, be able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks based on urgency and due dates, have excellent phone skills, be competent with email and Microsoft Office, and be able to follow directions from supervising attorneys.
