Paralegal

Location: Greater Long Beach area

Pay Range: $75,000-85,000

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

• Support attorneys in preparing legal documents such as briefs, motions, and pleadings.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
• Organize and maintain legal files and documents.
• Assist in drafting contracts and agreements.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts as needed.
• Handle administrative tasks to support legal team efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
• Knowledge of legal terminology and principles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research databases.
• Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field.
• Certification in paralegal studies is a plus.
