Paralegal Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys and clients by conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting with case management.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Preparing legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and contracts

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Proven work experience as a Paralegal in the Tax or Estate filed
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research databases
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
