Job Description
Our litigation paralegals work closely with attorneys to provide support throughout the entire litigation process of a case. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys complex litigation and is motivated by the learning experiences involved in these cases.
What You Will Be Doing
- Drafting and filing of litigation documents including pleadings, discovery documents, demands, motions and memorandum.
- Communicating with clients, courts, opposing counsel and other parties involved in cases.
- Performing administrative functions for an attorney, including calendaring hearings and deadlines, and management of mail and faxes.
- Conduct legal research and factual investigation.
- Setting up cases for trial including preparation of trial binders and exhibits.
