Job Description
Job Title: Paralegal
Position Overview:
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
Key Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys in all stages of legal proceedings
- Draft and file legal documents such as motions, briefs, and appeals
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, hearings, and meetings
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
- Previous experience working as a paralegal preferred
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
