Job Description

We are seeking a Business Immigration Paralegal with at least 3-5 years of experience. The ideal Business Immigration Paralegal will be a detail-oriented, self-starter who has the ability to handle multiple priorities at any given time, and who works well independently and as part of a team. Your Business Immigration Paralegal Duties And Responsibilities

  • Prepare a full-range of business immigration petitions and applications for corporate clients including
    • H-1B, L-1, TNs, Perms, I-140s and I-485 applications
  • Manage high volume clients
  • Track status of filings
  • Gather documents from relevant stakeholders
  • Assemble and organize filings with the government
  • Contact various government agencies for status updates
  • Help back office to process paperless system
