Paralegal Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team in NYC. The ideal candidate will provide support to our legal staff by conducting legal research, drafting documents, maintaining files, and assisting with other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for Real Estate Transactional cases
• Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and agreements
• Organize and maintain legal files
• Assist with trial preparation and the drafting of trial documents
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other law firms

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
• Previous experience working as a Transactional or Real Estate Paralegal
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research databases
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
