Job Title: Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys with legal tasks, conducting research, drafting legal documents, organizing and maintaining files, and providing support in various legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys
• Organize and maintain legal files and documents
• Provide administrative support to attorneys
• Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and closings
• Handle client inquiries and communicate with clients

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Paralegal
• Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Associate's degree in Paralegal studies or similar field (preferred)
