Job Description
We are seeking a full-time paralegal with a minimum of 2-4 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience.
This position will assist the attorney in all aspects of preparation for personal injury litigation from case inception through closing. This position is responsible for the coordination of all correspondence, research, scheduling, and client communications necessary for each case.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be expected to provide support to dedicated attorney through all phases of cases from intake to trial;
- Assist attorney with daily tasks such as drafting documents, filing documents, organizing files, client communications, scheduling, etc.
- Assist attorney to settle claims, draft pleadings and litigation activities.
