Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing administrative support to attorneys. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Assist in drafting legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, and contracts
• Organize and maintain legal files and documents
• Coordinate communication between attorneys, clients, and external parties
• Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Proven experience working as a Paralegal in a law firm or legal department
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software
