Paralegal

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team in the Besthesda area. The ideal candidate will provide support to our legal staff by maintaining and organizing files, conducting legal research, and drafting legal documents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, and contracts
• Conduct legal research on various topics and compile findings
• Organize and maintain legal files and documents
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel as needed

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant
• Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in legal research and document drafting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
