Municipal Attorney
We are seeking a highly skilled Municipal Attorney to join our legal team in the Irvine area with pay ranging from 150K-200K. As a Municipal Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to our municipal government clients. Your primary duties will include advising on legal matters, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in court, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to municipal government clients
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts
- Represent clients in municipal, state, and federal court proceedings
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies
- Handle legal research and analysis
- Participate in meetings and negotiations on behalf of clients
Qualifications:
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state
- Proven experience in municipal law or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
