Mergers & Acquisitions Lawyer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mergers & Acquisitions Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. As a key player with our client, you will be responsible for providing legal consultation and support on a wide range of M&A transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
- Negotiate and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Assess and mitigate legal risks related to M&A activities.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients throughout the M&A process.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school and active Bar membership.
- Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions law.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay ranges from $175,000 - 250,000.
