Job Title: Medical Malpractice Attorney

About the Role:
- Represent clients in medical malpractice cases, providing legal counsel and guidance throughout the legal process
- Conduct legal research, review medical records, and communicate with medical experts
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings
- Stay updated on medical malpractice laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar as a practicing attorney
- Proven experience in handling medical malpractice cases
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
