We are seeking a dedicated Medical Malpractice Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical malpractice law and be passionate about advocating for clients who have been victims of medical negligence.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload of medical malpractice cases from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to medical malpractice claims
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests
• Collaborate with clients, medical experts, and other attorneys to build strong cases
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and settlement negotiations

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
