Mechanical Superintendent

We are currently seeking a seasoned Mechanical Superintendent to join our team in the Houston area with pay starting at 130K. As a Mechanical Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing mechanical construction projects from inception to completion.

• Coordinate with project managers to develop project plans and schedules
• Supervise and lead a team of mechanical professionals and labor staff
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety standards
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process
• Collaborate with quality control to ensure work meets quality standards
• Manage project budget and resources effectively
