Mechanical Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Superintendent to join our team in the San Antonio area with pay starting at 130K. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating mechanical construction activities on our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the installation of mechanical systems on construction sites
• Manage a team of mechanical contractors and ensure work is completed on time and within budget
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure mechanical systems meet design requirements
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Superintendent or similar role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction processes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• OSHA certification is a plus
