Job Title: Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team in the Syracuse area with pay starting at $25/hr. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a passion for diagnosing and repairing vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance on vehicles, such as checking fluid levels, changing oil, and inspecting brakes.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with engines, transmissions, brakes, and other vehicle systems.
• Perform vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding vehicle issues and repairs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanic or similar role.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle problems.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance techniques.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Certification from a vocational school or completion of an apprenticeship program is a plus.
