Mass Torts Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mass Torts Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in NYC with pay starting at 185K. As a Mass Torts Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of mass tort cases, providing legal counsel, and representing clients in court. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mass tort litigation, exceptional research and writing skills, and a proven track record of success in the courtroom.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of mass tort cases from intake to resolution
• Conduct legal research and draft various legal documents
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and trials
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• 5+ years of experience in mass tort litigation
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
