Marketing & Business Development Director

Our client is hiring a Director of Marketing and  Business Development in the Miami area.
The salary for this role is around $110,000

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Marketing & Business Development Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the company's marketing and business development initiatives to support growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth
• Lead the business development efforts to identify new opportunities for partnership and revenue generation
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team to achieve goals and objectives
• Analyze market trends and competitors to adjust strategies as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing and business development efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Proven track record of success in marketing and business development roles
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to think strategically and drive results
