Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Tampa. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of our turbines. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure turbines are in good working condition
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
• Perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Implement preventive maintenance measures to avoid unexpected downtime
• Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance work

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
• Knowledge of Turbine systems
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
• Good physical condition and strength to handle manual labor tasks
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance
