Loan Officer/Loan Originator
Our client is looking to hire a Loan Officer or Loan Originator in Atlanta
The pay is $80,000+
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Loan Officer/Loan Originator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for originating and managing loan portfolios while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads and maintain existing client relationships.
- Evaluate loan applications and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions with clients.
- Ensure compliance with lending regulations and company policies.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the loan process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Loan Officer or Loan Originator.
- Strong understanding of lending products and services.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
- Knowledge of current lending regulations and guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
