Job Title: Loan Officer

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Loan Officer to join our team in Charlotte. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for evaluating, authorizing, or recommending approval of commercial, real estate, or residential mortgage loans. You will also be expected to advise borrowers on financial status and methods of payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate loan applications and documentation by confirming credit worthiness
• Approve loans within specified limits and refer loans outside those limits to management for approval
• Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans
• Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
• Help clients understand the terms of their loan and work with them to find a suitable payment plan

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Loan Officer
• Good knowledge of banking procedures and regulations
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Customer satisfaction orientation
